Home Hardware brokerage

Branded electronics, sourced at volume and landed on time.

The founding Data HS business. Competitive pricing, real availability and predictable delivery windows across the EU and the UK, with people who answer the phone.

Capabilities

What we source.

We buy and place branded electronics and IT hardware in volume. Deep supplier relationships built since 2017 mean we can usually find stock when the mainstream channel says there is none, and price it competitively when there is.

Branded electronics

Consumer and business electronics from established manufacturers, sourced at volume with full traceability of origin and warranty status.

End user devices

Laptops, desktops, displays, docking and peripherals. Fleet refreshes staged, asset tagged and delivered to the desk rather than the loading bay.

Server and networking

Compute, storage and networking hardware for on premises and colocation estates, including hard to find and end of life parts.

Logistics and customs

Consolidated shipping, customs handling and phased delivery across borders, coordinated so no team loses a working day.

Warranty and returns

We stay on the line after the invoice. Warranty claims, RMAs and replacements handled by us rather than handed back to you.

Specification advice

Not sure what to buy? Our consulting and development lines mean the specification advice comes from people who will have to support the result.

Why buy through us

A broker who is accountable for the outcome.

Anyone can forward a price list. The value is in availability when the channel is short, in delivery windows that hold, and in a named person who takes the call when a pallet does not arrive.

  • Quotes typically returned inside one working day
  • Stock and lead times confirmed before you commit, not after
  • Consolidated invoicing across mixed manufacturer orders
  • Phased delivery schedules for multi site rollouts
  • One named account contact for the life of the order

Engagement models

Three ways to buy.

Pick the shape that fits the problem. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.

01

Spot purchase

A one off requirement sourced, priced and delivered. Send the specification or the part numbers and we will come back with availability and a landed price.

Best for: An immediate requirement

02

Rollout programme

A managed multi site deployment: sourcing, staging, asset tagging, phased delivery and disposal of the outgoing estate.

Best for: A fleet refresh across offices

03

Standing supply

An agreed catalogue, agreed pricing and a standing order process for organisations buying continuously through the year.

Best for: Predictable recurring demand

Questions

The things people ask before signing.

Yes. We source branded stock through established channels with traceable origin and manufacturer warranty. Where a client specifically asks for refurbished or end of life equipment we say so explicitly on the quote.
Most quotes go back inside one working day. Where a part is scarce we will tell you that on the same day rather than letting you wait a week to discover it.
Yes. We ship across the EU and to the UK, and handle customs where a border is involved. Multi country rollouts are phased so each site is covered without downtime.
You call us, not the manufacturer. We run the warranty claim or RMA and chase it. That is most of what separates a broker worth using from a price list with a phone number.
Subject to approval, yes. New clients typically start on pro forma and move to terms once a trading history exists. We will be straightforward about where you stand.

Have a bill of materials?

Send it over with quantities and a delivery location. You will normally have availability and a landed price back within a working day.
