Home Software development
Software that ships, and keeps working after we leave.
Web platforms, internal tooling and data services, built by a small senior team in Prague and handed over with the documentation to run them.
Capabilities
What we build.
We are generalists in the useful sense: comfortable across the stack, opinionated about the parts that matter, and uninterested in technology choices that exist to flatter the CV of whoever made them.
Web platforms and portals
Customer facing applications, partner portals and marketplaces. Responsive, accessible and fast on the connections your users actually have.
Internal tooling
The systems that replace the spreadsheet estate. Workflow, approvals, reporting and the unglamorous operational software a business genuinely runs on.
Data services and APIs
Pipelines, integrations and well documented interfaces between systems that were never designed to speak to each other.
Cloud and deployment
Infrastructure as code, continuous deployment, monitoring and alerting. Boring, repeatable releases rather than heroic Friday nights.
Hardening and rescue
Inherited a codebase nobody wants to touch? We stabilise it, document it, get tests around it and give you back the ability to change it safely.
Systems close to hardware
Device fleets, provisioning, telemetry and asset systems. The hardware line means we have actually held the equipment the software describes.
How we build
Fewer people, more seniority, shorter loops.
A build team is two to four senior engineers with direct client access. There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code, which removes the two week lag that kills most software projects.
- Weekly working software, demonstrated live rather than reported
- Architecture decisions recorded in writing with the trade-offs stated
- Automated tests and deployment pipelines from the first week, not retrofitted
- Your repository, your cloud account, your credentials throughout
- A named engineer accountable for the engagement end to end

Engagement models
Three ways to start a build.
Pick the shape that fits the problem. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.
01
Discovery sprint
Two to three weeks to turn an idea into a costed, technically validated plan with wireframes, an architecture and a delivery schedule you could take to any supplier.
Best for: A serious idea with no specification yet
02
Fixed scope build
An agreed deliverable, an agreed price and an agreed date. Scope changes are priced openly as they arise rather than absorbed silently and billed later.
Best for: A defined problem with a budget attached
03
Embedded team
A monthly retainer for a dedicated senior team working to your priorities. Reviewed quarterly, cancellable with thirty days notice.
Best for: A continuing product roadmap

Have a build in mind?
Send us the rough shape of it. We will come back with an honest view on feasibility, cost and whether it is worth doing at all.
